Hi, I'm Kim!
I became a Pilates instructor over 10 years ago, inspired by my own journey through injury and recovery. It was through Reformer Pilates that I discovered a powerful form of healing—one that not only transformed my body but also profoundly impacted my mind and spirit. I quickly became devoted to my personal practice and realised how profoundly this method could change the lives of others.
In 2015, I opened my first Pilates studio—an empowering space I owned and operated for six incredible years. It became more than a business; it was a sanctuary for growth, transformation, and community.
After selling that studio and working with several others, I felt the pull once again to create something meaningful. Opening my second studio has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have made in my life. I feel deeply grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love: helping others discover their own strength, resilience, and connection through movement and mindful, purposeful living.
Meet Clare
A long term Pilates addict, I turned my passion into purpose by becoming a certified instructor— driven by a deep desire to understand and share everything about the practice. With many years of experience in the health industry prior to teaching Pilates, I’ve always had a strong interest in wellness, movement, and helping others feel their best.
When I'm not on the reformer, you'll likely find me savouring my morning coffee, walking my dog - Macy, hiking mountains, or spending much loved time with my family. I asked them to describe me in one word and this is what they came up with: Driven, energetic, enthusiastic and sporty mum. I love their analogy of me and will definitely be bringing these traits to my instructing. Movement, mindfulness, and a love for life fuel everything I do.
Hi, I'm Tylah
With a childhood spent in some of the world’s most culturally rich and diverse corners, I bring a broad perspective and deep connection to everything I do. Those formative years overseas—shared with my incredible family—instilled a lifelong appreciation for community, adaptability, and meaningful experiences.
My journey into Pilates began in 2015 when my mum opened her first studio. What started as a personal practice quickly became a passion. Over the past decade, Pilates has been my anchor, cultivating strength, clarity, and a deep mind-body connection I now share with others through my teaching.
Outside the studio, I work as a dedicated dental assistant, caring for people in a different but equally rewarding way. I am also a devoted animal lover, happiest when surrounded by furry friends—especially my beloved Frenchie, Tank.
Whether teaching, assisting, or simply enjoying a glass of bubbles with loved ones, Tylah brings warmth, care, and authenticity to every aspect of her life.
Hi, I'm Loretta
With nearly three years of practice and 1.5 years of instructing, Pilates has become my passion and transformed my life. Initially sceptical, I was introduced to Pilates by my daughter and quickly discovered its true essence—a sanctuary for focused tranquillity and personal growth.
After leaving my management role, Pilates became my daily ritual, providing clarity during a period of transition. Encouraged by an instructor, I embraced teaching, finding fulfilment in guiding clients through their transformative journeys.
As an instructor, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds push beyond their limits, with a focus on body development and improvement. Seeing clients leave the studio sore yet smiling is immensely rewarding, as it means I've contributed to their happiness and well-being.
Pilates is a universal practice that benefits everyone, offering physical improvement, mental clarity, and inner peace. Join me in experiencing its transformative power, where every movement leads to a healthier, happier you.
Reformer Machine
A Reformer machine is a piece of equipment used in Pilates workouts to provide resistance and support for various exercises. It consists of a frame with a sliding carriage, springs, straps, and pulleys. The carriage slides along the frame, and the springs provide resistance, allowing for a wide range of exercises to be performed. At Pilates At the Point we provide a 45-minute Reformer Pilates class using the Reformer machine typically consisting of a well-rounded sequence of exercises designed to strengthen and tone the entire body while improving flexibility, balance, and posture.
